"During my regularly scheduled cleaning, a filling popped out, and I swallowed it. I was surprised and pleased that the team immediately fixed it rather than my having to return for another appointment. I was also amazed that I was not charged for it. I assumed that the filling was loose and not the fault of anything that happened during cleaning. That happens, and I expected to pay for it. The hygienist and dentist apologized for the appointment taking the extra time to fix the filling, but unpredictable things occur. Everyone was solicitous, friendly and professional, and I always appreciate the whole staff. There is a good vibe in the whole place. I like going to professionals who seem to do right by their employees, and where everyone seems happy to be doing what they are doing. Thank you for being that kind of place!"

"I took a day off of work and drove 7 hours round trip to get my dental work performed by Dr. Nelson. The rates are very reasonable, consistent with the estimate, and fully explained. Dr. Nelson is incredibly respectful and explains everything he does before he does it. The second I show discomfort, he carefully withdraws and asks how I am doing and what he can do to improve my discomfort. As a sufferer of PTSD, I deeply appreciate his approach. Despite having had the normal dose of injected anesthetic, I almost always need a higher dose. Other dentists ignored my pain. Dr. Nelson instantly stops drilling and asks if I need more pain-killer. If I say yes, he wheels around and instantly grabs the injection and gently taps the injection site to distract from any injection-point pain."
