"Great! My only suggestion would be to have employees that are off the clock for lunch leave the front desk area. One of the 2 women was busy answering back to back phone calls. And the other had her head down when I approached the desk to check in. I didn’t see a clip board so I kind of just stood there. I wasn’t sure if the woman with her head down was crying or what was going on because the woman on the phone saw me standing there but didn’t signal other to help me. Finally the woman pulled her head up and asked if she should come back from lunch (as I’m still standing there waiting to check in) then she got up and went into the back and when the other woman was done on the phone she got me checked in! I just kind of assumed that if someone is sitting behind the front desk they were working. Other than that thanks for the great service and pearly whites! Sincerely, Kelly Wood"
