She is always pleasant and appears happy to see you (which is huge because no one I know really likes to go to the dentist) so her attitude helps you to relax. I actually want to replace some old ones and have them made with his new state of the art equipment. Best choice I ever made was to continue my care there after a referral from an oral surgeon. "Wow what an awesome experience I have had with Dr. Novak! First off he was able to see me within an hour or so of me calling in extreme pain. I had a few prior visits that required some light filing and then a possible consult for a root canal with another Dr that was great to meet with as well that he knows well. After the consult I went back to Dr Novak who thought he would try another conservative approach and refill my tooth. This worked for quite some time, but come to find out my top molar just needed a bit more filing. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes with profound relief and he didn't even charge me for that follow up visit!
