"When I lost a crown I was unaware of the protocol to get it fixed.(emergency or not?) So I called Dr Folsom's office. They were closed for renovation,but was told to meet him at his office to temporarily seat the crown.
He called in his assistant and they both showed up to help me.(His office help was in a closed off room and led me upstairs and stayed with me until Dr Folsom arrived) But it
Ended up needing equipment that was not operational yet. However, Dr Folsom never hesitated and arranged to use another Dentist friends office to complete the procedure. I know all this took his time and his assistants time away from family.
He truly is a wonderful caring man and so are the people working for him. You are blessed to be his patient."

About 14 (give or take a year or so) the dentist that took the tooth out treated me unkindly to sugar coat it. I went in and with no insurance. It was super affordable and he (and his wonderful team) were genuinely kind. I still get teary eyed when I talk about it. Kindness always goes a long way with me. He listened with a warm heart and made me feel that me and my tooth pain mattered. Well I told him that when I got the proper insurance. I would be calling. 10 years later. I walk in not seeing him since that day......he was like "hey Sunny good to see you" he remembered my name. Which made my day....yes go to Dr folsom. A 10 out of 10. The staff are so sweet. "Iam a senior citizen and have had alot of dental work done previously which caused apprehension for me about dental visits.....but not to worry!
Dr Folsom is the absolute most caring professional Dentist I have encountered. He takes time to explain each procedure he is about to do,and proceeds in a easy, kind manner.
If there was a rating scale,I would rate him at 5 stars!
P.s. he has always made room for my "emergency" visits..."
