"Yesterday 05/11/2023 was my initial visit and I was full of anxiety (not only that day or just because of my teeth; we all want doctors we could respect who do their due diligence to treat and/or cure their patients) the moment I was greeted by the woman (I wish I got her name) at the front desk and walked in, her and the ambiance felt welcoming. When I was brought into the room for the x-ray by Cassie, she helped ease some of the anxiety I had walking into their office; when she offered things that could help ease my anxiety I was quite pleasantly shocked, however I accepted the lavender oil that immediately caused a sense of calming. Dr. Nina walked in after the x-rays were done she added to the pleasantries, patience and respect shown to me as a patient and I say that's a big deal for me and to me. By the time I left their office I was genuinely at ease; mind and heart. I appreciate them all."

"On Mother's Day, I woke with extreme tooth pain on the left side of my mouth. Being a Sunday and during COVID 19, I didn't think I would get through to the Rakowsky Dentistry staff, but I called their office number in desperation. To my surprise, I got a return phone call within an hour. After answering a series of questions from Donna, a nurse on Dr. Rakowski's staff, prescriptions were called (with Dr. Rakowsky's approval) to my pharmacy for an antibiotic and a small amount of pain medication (which was a tremendous help); and Donna fit me for an appointment the next day into their already crowded schedule.
Donna met me in the office parking lot the next day and ushered me into an exam room after check in. Dr. Rakowsky determined that I needed extractions and this dental work was scheduled for the next day (Tuesday).
