From booking our appointments just a few days earlier, it was professional and pleasant. Maria, took care of gathering our information and booked us. The entire process of passing on information was seamless. On our arrival we were greeted well, handled with care and had a great experience with our technicians. Flore did a wonderful job with my cleaning, exams and X-rays. My husband also was very pleased. When I met Dr. Davidson, her manner was pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. She inspired confidence and trust.

I have found that some dental offices have a disconnect between staff and dentist that makes for a very poor service experience. That is not the case here. We look forward to our next appointment and highly recommend Dr. Davidson’s dental clinic. Excellent! and close to home."

I didn't have to wait very long before I was seen. My Hygienist was very thorough and used some numbing agent to help with any discomfort.

Dr Davidson took the time to explain to me what dental work I need to have done. She also did a thorough exam of my mouth and teeth.

"I arrived early for my appointment, but an emergency patient came in and I had to wait a long time after my scheduled appointment time to be seen. I didn't mind because I didn't have any plans that day anyway. But the woman at the front desk was very kind, apologetic, and offered me water or tea while I waited, which I thought was nice! During my appointment, I had the same hygienist as last time (this was only my second time at this clinic) and she again was very friendly with me, educational (I love learning from her!), and gentle on my mouth. "My dental problem was tooth pain that crept up on me in a few days.
I was really surprised that at my age of seventy young would still get a toothache.
When I called the office Maria was great, explained their availability and wanted me to get in quickly for they were closing for the weekend.
The visit was great, fast, and Dr. Davidson tried her nest to find the source of the pain. Of course the pain went away at that time so it was a tough situation, since the x-ray was normal.
Dr. Davidson wanted to try one more thing and file the top of the suspected tooth to relieve any stress factor from my top teeth.
She gave me a script for antibiotic, Maria said to go to Publix where its free. I have not had any pain since I was there in the past three days. I did not need to fill the script which covered the possibility the nerve in my tooth was dying. I respect the Doctor and her staff for their knowledge and respect of their patients, something most doctor's office lack.
