"I felt unusually nervous for my appointment for a crown on a molar. I told Dr. Justesen that I did deep breathing exercises before the appointment. I have had crowns done in the past and did not fully understand why I felt so nervous this time. He took time with me, talked to me about it, was extremely attentive to what I was feeling during the procedure. He touched my shoulder and said often where we were in the procedure and how well I was doing. He was aware at all times of my comfort level as he asked about it frequently. Dr. Justesen is sensitive to the feelings of others and has gentle and capable chair-side manner."
