"Naomi did a great job cleaning my teeth. She explained every aspect step by step as she was progressing through the cleaning. I actually learned a few things that no one had ever told me before. She explained the tongues benefits to the roof of my mouth and why I should remove the dentures longer than just brushing on a daily basis. I’m nearly 80 years of age, I’ve had an upper denture since I was 16 years old and never has anyone explained this to me before. Guess you can “teach an old hag new tricks”. She also explained some reasons why I should change my habits while brushing that effect the gums and I have already implemented them. Dr. Mary was very helpful also and backed up Naomi’s suggestions. I’m very pleased with this visit!!"

"Gentle Family Dentistry is, plain and simple, the best. Dr. Canarsky and his staff are completely professional but manage to maintain a personal relationship with you. They like to explain every step of a procedure which is phenomenal, from something as basic as your cleaning to a dreaded root canal.
They don't try and push unnecessary procedures on you and have great options for payments (plans) when your dumb insurance falls short on expectations.
I have a near phobia of dentistry. I think I inherited it from my father, ha. I believe I will always get nervous when its time to go, but Canarsky is the first dentist I've gone to that I don't make excuses to reschedule appointments. As odd as that sounds, its a big deal. I won't go anywhere else, period."

Gentle Dentistry and Dr. Canarsky in particular, make going to get my teeth cleaned absolutely bearable. That might not sound like a compliment but believe me, it really is. The hygienists are extremely careful when prodding around your teeth with sharp metal hooks. Dr. Canarsky talks you through every step he's making as well as making casual conversation to put you at ease.
