"I needed a Dentist that was in network. After receiving a list from my carrier. I went on line checking patient reviews. Chose five and began calling, I only had a couple of questions that was important to me. 1. Are they accepting new patients.2 Did they bill? 3. Are they able to perform crowns, root canals, etc. at their faculty without sending me all over town to different locations and finally do they call and follow up with their patients after surgical procedures. I chose Precision Dental because I needed to know they cared. "First, I would say I had full month bad teeth. At beginning I went to OSU dental school to get treatment from student doctors, with their experienced mentors. The process is so painfull, with different treatment plans from different mentors.I totally understand the dental school need to follow their standard operation process to train the best future dentist. But as a patient, who spend one and half year but get nothing done, I was frustrated, and despairing. As recommended by friends, I visited Dr. Li clinic. She comforted me first, and check my teeth throughly and carefully. We discussed and made the completed treatment plan. Following that, Dr. Li and her team started to treat my teeth, including three root canal, crowns, one implant, and couple fillings. I was so satisfied about their work. "I have been a patient of Dr. Li for several years. She has provided excellent service for my regular teeth cleaning, dental crown, tooth extraction, and root canal treatments. Last month one of the two supporting teeth of my dental bridge broke. After examination, Dr. Li made a good treatment plan for me: cutting off the dental bridge, removing the broken supporting tooth, trimming and polishing the remaining crown on the good supporting tooth, and placing two dental implants at the position of the broken tooth and the position of the missing tooth. Dr. Li said I could have the bridge cutting, tooth extraction, and crown trimming done in her clinic and have the implants done in a specialist office, or I could have all those procedures done in one visit to her clinic. After talking with my husband and friends I decided to trust Dr. Li and get all those treatments done in her office.
