Summary:

PracticeMojo is looking for a Member Services Lead to help us continue to deliver top-notch customer service to our 1,200+ and growing PracticeMojo members who subscribe to our solutions. The Lead must exude passion for delivering exceptional customer support, proactively address any technical/service issues a client may be experiencing and have an ability to deliver resolutions in a timely manner.

The Role

The Member Services Lead is a trained customer service focused employee whose role is to provide an amazing customer experience to our customers while leading other support staff. The Lead must have great communication and managerial skills to assist our customers in need of guidance and support.

The position will motivate, coach, inspire, train and direct the customer service team on the best ways and approach to exceed customer’s expectations. As a departmental leader, he/she assists management with hiring new customer service staff to the organization by making use of his/her expertise to evaluateprospective staff competence and capability in handling customer inquiriesand delivering on Departmental Key Performance Objectives.
